I have facilitated COS in groups and one on one settings. I work at an agency that can host parenting classes between the hours of 8:00-5:00.

Be to Blossom strives to empower parents and their innate secure relationship with their children through the facilitation of Circle of Security Parenting. We also provide the facilitation of Circle of Security – Classroom to Educators in the Darling Downs.

I am a social worker who works with a range of clients from varying backgrounds. I practice inclusive, collaborative and culturally capable social work compassionately, respectfully, and in a caring way. I never take it for granted when I hear a person’s story; I appreciate how difficult it can be to open up and trust someone with your vulnerability. I use a range of evidence based therapies that are proven to be effective in helping to quickly relieve the symptoms of anxiety and depression, grief and loss, behaviours of concern. As a COSP facilitator, I have been complimented on not being judgemental when parents provided examples of their current parenting styles. It is important that participants are able to share information freely to enable the learning process. I have a number of years experience in facilitating the COSP program and highly value the experience this program offers to parents. I am flexible in work hours to suit the individual needs of parents who wish to take part in this reflective parenting program.

I am an Infant Mental Health Therapist and facilitator of the Circle of Security group at Strides Toronto – an infant, child, adolescent, and family mental health organization serving the Scarborough and East York neighborhoods of Toronto, Ontario. At Strides, we offer the Circle of Security program free of charge and virtually three times per year – Winter, Spring, and Fall. Each session, we offer a morning and evening group in order to accommodate parents’ busy lives. Please feel free to call our Intake line at 416-438-3697 x19055 for more information or to register. Please note that you must reside within our catchment (Scarborough/East York) in order to register. Although our facilitators deliver the program in English, we can provide an interpreter upon request.
