I am a Counselling Psychologist. I work in private practice in the northern suburbs of Perth, WA.
I can facilitate 1:1, couples and group COSP. In-person and online options are available, Monday – Saturday, at varying times to suit your needs.

Parenting is a joyous and wonderful experience but as a parent myself I also understand how at times parenting can be hard. No matter what stage of development our children are at there are opportunities for parenting learning and growth. I am passionate about helping parents experience positive mental health and well-being. Utilising a creative and compassionate approach, I am experienced as using COSP to support parents to; develop increased confidence, understand and attend to their child’s social and emotional needs, support their child’s ability to successfully manage emotions, enhance the development of their child’s self-esteem and support and strengthen secure parent-child relationships that remain throughout the lifespan.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor working in New Mexico for Las Crumbres Community Services. I work with children, teens and their families. I use COSP in individual sessions with parents as well as in group settings.
