I’ve spent a decade working with children and young people in out of home care and supporting women and children who have experienced domestic and family violence. Everything about the Circle of Security program resonates with me as a parent and human being. I hope to be able to share the amazing knowledge I’ve learnt with other parents and caregivers.

I am able to facilitate the Circle of Security program both in groups and private settings. I also have a special interest in supporting the LGBTQI+ community.

I have been delivering parenting courses since qualifying in 2011, working with a wide range of parents and caregivers, including mothers, fathers, foster carers, and school communities. I have experience supporting both mainstream schools and SEN (Special Educational Needs) schools.

I am passionate about empowering parents through the Circle of Security approach, helping them build stronger, more secure relationships with their children. Teaching this framework has not only benefited the families I work with but has also positively shaped my own parenting journey, giving me valuable insight and deeper understanding.

At Habitude, we “do different, better” and believe that quality relationships help build quality results. CoSP is our strategy of choice as the first step in our holistic approach to behavioural health and wellbeing and we specialise in helping parents of children with disability or behaviours that challenge. We offer individual or small group sessions, either face-to-face or remote, and can travel further afield if required. Session times are flexible and guided by need. Please call; we’d love to help.

I have been well versed in attachment theory/work since 2014. I am passionate about helping others understand how attachment impacts all of our relationships and Circle is a very practical/easy to use approach for doing this attachment work.
