From the cradle to the grave, we all seek good attachment to the people who care for us. Many people in children’s lives have the opportunity to create secure bonds for them.

I love working with caregivers including moms, dads, and couples to reflect on their parenting. I also work with preschool teachers and directors to reflect on their teaching and how it relates to creating a Circle of Security for the children in their classroom. I can offer services in Spanish, though it should be noted that I am not a native speaker. I am proficient. I am open to weekend work, as well as evening work. I look forward to supporting you!

When human being experience trauma or severe life stressor, it is not uncommon to their life to unravel. My great passion is provide support and guide to the families and individuals to find a path to a secure wellbeing. For the last 6 years I have served as a family advocate for Vibrant Emotional Health from where I provide the service that the community is in needs

I work for Early Childhood Family Education in Minnesota at Osseo Area School. I am a full time teacher and home visitor. I facilitate discussion groups and Circle of Security is one of the classes I facilitate. It is an online class. We have a brochure of classes offered each semester for parents to choose from who have children birth to age 8. In addition, I work one-on-one with parents facilitating Circle of Security Parenting as part of our Home Visiting Program, called “ECFE Visits”.
This is my 27th year teaching with young children and their parents. I am very excited to be teaching Circle of Security Parenting. It is a beautiful opportunity to teach and learn together with parents through the use of the discussions questions, video and handout provided.
